Son La wants to develop $99.56 million Na San Airport
The upgraded airport project is estimated to have the total investment capital of VND2.29 trillion ($99.56 million), mobilised from the state budget, Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV), the provincial budget, and other sources.
According to Son La Peopleâs Committee,Na San airport is located in the central north-west region and plays important role in ensuring national security. In addition, it would also improve the socioeconomic development, creating a breakthrough in transport infrastructure, and attracting domestic and foreign investors.

Auckland Airport half year profit plunges 80 per cent

Auckland International Airport said Covid-19 travel restrictions were responsible for an 80.9 per cent decline in its net profit to $28.1 million for the six months to December 31.
The company, in its earnings outlook for the full year to June 30, said it expects to report a net loss of between $35m and $55m.
